SOA Examination Refund Policy

SOA exam registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future exam period if you’re unable to attend or do not have valid government-issued identification at the time of the exam. If something outside your control affects your ability to test, you may still have options:

Rescheduling Options for CBT

Because most computer-based exams may be administered over several days, candidates may have the option to reschedule their test appointment within the same testing window provided the request is made by noon of the fifth business day before the scheduled appointment, and also provided there is a seat available.

To reschedule a CBT appointment, candidates must follow the directions posted here. All rescheduling needs to be done at Prometric along with any applicable fees.
